Extrusion Coating Line
Test Multiple Samples in a Fraction of the Time - with this unique equipment!
The Mica Mini Pilot, approximately 1/5 of the size of a standard pilot line, was designed, engineered and built by our skilled team of technicians and scientiest and is housed on-site at out plant in Shelton, CT, USA.

The Mini Pilot enables us to test our adhesives and any polymer application our customers need tested in a fraction of the time it would take the average pilot line. This saves both time and money by eliminating any down time on either a full sized pilot line or production equipment.

Simply send us the materials you need tested and in a matter of hours, we can provide you with the results. In some instances, we invite our customers to visit our production facility and run the tests themselves, using our state-of-the-arts Mini Pilot technology.
